Kitsune Sushi
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) apply to any order placed via the website https://www.kitsunesushi.ch/ or by any other means (telephone, on-site).
Every order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products
Kitsune Sushi offers takeaway and/or delivery, mainly Japanese specialities.
The products are made to order in compliance with current hygiene standards.
The photos featured on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Orders
Orders can be placed:

by phone
right there on the spot
The order is considered confirmed after confirmation by Kitsune Sushi.
Kitsune Sushi reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an issue (unavailability, error, prior dispute).
4. Price
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), inclusive of all taxes.
Kitsune Sushi reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Payment
Payment can be made:

upon delivery (subject to available options)
The order may be refused in the event of non-payment or if payment is declined.
6. Delivery and collection
Click and collect
Orders must be collected at the agreed time. Kitsune Sushi cannot be held responsible if the customer is late.
Delivery
Deliveries are made within a defined area.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on demand.
A reasonable delay cannot give rise to cancellation or a refund.
7. Cancellation and refund
Any confirmed order is final and binding.
No cancellation or modification can be guaranteed once preparation has started.
In the event of an issue (missing product or error), the customer must contact Kitsune Sushi as soon as possible in order to find a solution (replacement or goodwill gesture).
8. Allergens
Products may contain allergens (fish, soya, gluten, etc.).
It is the customer's responsibility to report any allergies when ordering.
Kitsune Sushi accepts no liability in the event of an unreported allergic reaction.
9. Liability
Kitsune Sushi shall not be held liable:
delays due to exceptional circumstances
from improper storage of the products after delivery to the customer
from misuse of the products
10. Data protection
The personal data collected is used solely for the purposes of processing orders and managing customer relations.
They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties.
Governing law
These T&Cs are subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the legal domicile is at the registered office of Kitsune Sushi.
